Vincent D. McBeth, President and CEO
Vincent D. McBeth is the Founder and President of TMGI, LLC dba The McBeth Group International.  He consults and advises decision-makers at the highest levels with his thorough analysis, innovative ideas, and detailed strategies.

His 22 years of government service included positions as a White House Fellow to the President of the United States, Special Assistant to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and Administrative Aide to the Secretary of the Navy.

His military staff positions included Special Assistant for Strategy to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Special Counsel to the Chief of Naval Operations, and Special Assistant to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations.

He coordinated major organizational transitions while serving as Administrative Aide during the 2001 Clinton-Bush transition, Transition Coordinator in 2007 for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and in support of the Defense Department during the 2009 Bush-Obama transition.

As Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Michael G. Mullen, he developed strategies that synthesized myriad actions, challenges, and opportunities into an executable plan.  The Chairman credited Vince’s strategies as having made his goals and objectives actionable.

He holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, in cooperation with Harvard University, and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, Washington, D.C.

A 1987 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, served on the 7-member Brigade of Midshipmen Staff, and was the Captain of the Navy Football Team.  In 2009, he was named to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial All-Stadium Team as one of the 50 greatest football players in Naval Academy history.

His appointment by the President as a White House Fellow, Secretary of Veterans Affairs Meritorious Service Award, City of Newport, Rhode Island Award, and City of Camden, Arkansas Key to the City attest to his commitment to public service.  In 2010, Senator John McCain appointed Vince to the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) National Advisory Committee on Pancreatic Cancer.

As a naval officer, Vince commanded the Aegis destroyer, USS McCampbell (DDG 85) and Naval Special Warfare ship, USS Tempest (PC 2).  He was awarded the Legion of Merit by the President of the United States, and the Defense Superior Service Medal by the Secretary of Defense.  He holds a Top Secret (Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.
